Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS:

• You must obtain approval before shipping back your item(s).

 

• Must complete a Siraj Return Form and include it in the box with your return.

 

• All Return packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped out.

 

• Returns are processed within 1-3 business days of package receipt.

 

• Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.

 

• Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

 

• If your package is returned to us due to incomplete address (this is provided by you the customer), you will be denied a refund on your shipping fees.  Only the product which could not be delivered will be refunded.

 

• Returns requested after 30 days of the order shipped date will be denied.

 

• Returns received in damaged, altered or used condition, without tags or packaging will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. 

 

• If your order qualified for free shipping before your return and does not qualify after, a shipping charge may get deducted from your refund amount. 

 

• International duties and taxes that are paid by you, the customer to your home country are non-refundable.

 

• Items not purchased from Siraj directly, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

• Not all items are returnable such as opened electronics, personal hygiene and/or cosmetics.
